Is anyone familiar with either/both perfumes? I'm tempted to do a blind buy, but don't want to regret it! Current perfumes I like are Chanel Coromandel, Serge Lutens Daim Blond and I'm looking for something with a pepper smell.

Do you think I'd like either based on the two I currently like? Thanks for any tips.

I think I know where you're buying them from!Look up the reviews on Fragantica for both perfumes. The Tuberose is lovely but a real white flower bomb.I haven't tested the Poivre but it is considered to be a creamy pepper perfume similar to Lanvins Oxygene ( which I already have).I can recommend the Drole de Rose ( I have just ordered 2 ).

He he, yes I think we are looking in the same place. I haven't added link just now as don't want to sell out as I make my mind up ;)

I did look at the rose too, but wasn't sure if it would be too powdery/sweet. Have you tried it before? I like Chloe, anything on that side of rose?

Yes,I have a bottle of the Rose on already. Its like a powdery version of Paris - pure rose/violet with almond baby powder and a little bit of leather.I find it really easy to wear and comforting. But you do have to love powder to love Drole de Rose.

I haven't tried them but I saw Poivre Piquant on the TK Maxx website today.
