I hope you lot all know the answer to this question! We are going to a wedding in about 3weeks. Big posh do in london. All the blokes are expected to wear morning suits. Does this mean I have to wear a hat? Will a thing in the hair do? Thanks

Thing in the hair always fine IMO.

SSSandy · 28/09/2006 09:31

Love hats. Where else do you get to wear them?

nailpolish · 28/09/2006 09:32

a thing in the hair will do, yes!

PcCOD · 28/09/2006 09:33

if it suits yes

nailpolish · 28/09/2006 09:37

fascinators are NOT naff

i wore one to a wedding just the last month

PcCOD · 28/09/2006 09:37

shitey naff

oliveoil · 28/09/2006 09:38

no hat

just shiny hair

and not 'things' that squat like spiders please

nailpolish · 28/09/2006 09:38

NOT naff

i have the photos to prove it

it wasnt feathery tho, like Camilla

Thanks for all the tips. I am afraid to tell you that I have plumped for a naff fascinator. I have short hair so lots of hats make me look bald - not a good look I find. Anyway the feathery thing matches the dress, was cheaper than a hat and therefore gives me free rein to spend more money on fab shoes!
