Cream lace dress .. Opinions?

Got my hen do next Friday night and I'm planning on wearing the dress I've attached. It's lovely. Got a slight mummy tummy that I'm planning to hide with some sucky pants.

However I'm having dilemmas with make up and tights or no tights. I was planning on either black tights with black heels or no tights with nude patent heels. What do you think would look best?

Also, is red lipstick and red nails too much?

I would go with black and black (assuming that your tights wouldn't show badly under the skirt of the dress, if that makes sense). It's a beautiful dress. As it's so pale I'm sure red nails and lips would look lovely.

Okay put tights on and it actually looks much better with the tights. Now I'm just waiting for my sucky pants to arrive....
