Is there a warm boot or winter shoe that feels like a trainer but will give me 2" of height?

Just that. I want warm, dry comfy winter feet at the bottom of my jeans or tights. But I am very dinky and just a leetle lift would be nice.

Have you considered a 'hidden' wedge?

Like you I need the lift so bought a lovely pair from duo boots last year with a 1 and 3/4 hidden wedge. Loads of support so no falling over.
