Bra ladies advice please - ill-fitting Bravissimo Satine bra

When I was first bra intervened into a 30DD my first port of call was Bravissimo. I was a bit disappointed as there wasn't anything I really liked or thought looked good. I only bought one bra a Satine in 30DD.

I've never worn it and it still has the tags on.

Fast forward a few months and I'm used to how a properly fitting bra should look and fit. I tried on the Satine today and I'm really convinced it is wrong. When the cup is sitting correctly on the outer side of the breast then it pulls the bra off centre like my old bras did when the cup was too small. I'd say I need a larger cup size and possibly even a smaller band.

What do you think and do you think they'd take it back/exchange after a few months? I don't have the receipt any longer.

I'd drop them an email, their customer service is pretty good and they keep a record of what every customer buys (that's why they take your details at the till) so they might well be able to help

Happened to be passing Bravissimo today, took the Satine in and they refitted. The 30E Satine was a better fit but ended up exchanging for a Cleo Juna in 30DD which is a better style for me. The wires on the Juna do come up a bit far in the middle though and I'd like a little more 'oomph' if possible - any suggestions?

Excellent service from Bravissimo for exchanging after so long.
