Interview clothes for plus size woman with huge boobs!?

CatKisser · 28/09/2014 10:13

Help!I own precisely nothing suitable for interviews. I'm going to visit a school this week with a view to applying so need some smart clothes pretty quick. Only shops in town are matalan and M and Co...
I'm size 22 with hourglass shape but ridiculous 40FF boobs with are a nightmare when dressing smartly. Blouses gape open, jackets don't do up and anything high necked makes me look like a big fat football.

Please help me! There must be something nice, comfy and trouser based out there for me? Budget of £75 or so...

I wouldn't wear that bright pink one. Doesn't look very professional - or flattering on a big bust. The black and white one is fine.

Why not a dress - Boden have 20% off this weekend.

MrsLettuce · 28/09/2014 11:07

Seeing as your an hourglass it might be worth checking out the pepperberry sizing - they go to an 18 (based on high street waist size) but with room for frontage.

The B&W phase8 top does look good though.

Whatevertheweather · 28/09/2014 11:11

This dress is lovely monsoon very flattering on big boobs and perfect with a navy jacket or white cardi

tethersend · 28/09/2014 11:15

Does it have to be trousers?

Is it primary or secondary?

CatKisser · 28/09/2014 11:22

Thanks, I'm looking at all these now. I do prefer trousers as I'm much more comfortable in them and loathe tights. The Primary but senior management so I wNt to give a good impression, even when just visiting the school informally.

Ok, was going to suggest this dress, but see you definitely want trousers.

I like that phase eight top, would look good with wide legged trousers.

CatKisser · 28/09/2014 11:28

That dress is actually LOVELY - but I just can't cope with tights! I do have wide legged trousers though for a smart top like the black and white one.

A cowl neck could also work well.

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 28/09/2014 11:34

How about a plain black dress. I got one from evans yesterday. It cost me £39.50.

blodynmawr · 28/09/2014 11:45

next navy jacket This shape usually looks good on my short waisted norky self. I have ordered and will report back.
Pepperberry jacket rec'd on another thread. Good shape and you could just buy that and team with existing black trousers and plain top that you have.
Boden ravello top go to work top - I have several and all look fine on my G cups under jackets/cardis.
another Phase 8 top good for boobs.
HTH Smile
PS Tethers - love that Linea Dress!

tethersend · 28/09/2014 12:03

Can't take credit for that Linea dress- someone else posted it on another thread. It's great.

CatKisser · 28/09/2014 12:20

Thanks for these - fave so far is the Pepperberry jcket, it's beautiful. Need to get to the Metro Centre and try it on though, as I don't think an 18 will fit me...
