Anyone else tried Lisa Eldridge holy grail anti-aging skin massage on her new video?

I love Lisa Eldridge, I've picked up heaps of tips from her videos. I just sat and watched her latest facial massage video and did it with her and have to say my skin looks fab. I can feel the blood pumping around my face in the same way my body reacts after exercise. I may try to do this daily as she swears it's anti aging. Anyone else do facial massages? Or tried this one??

I love love love Lisa Eldridge, cannot wait for each new video. But I switched off before the end of that one. I found it too boring and she must have a pile of botox pumped into her face - it doesn't move. When she was trying to lift her mouth it wouldn't budge. So I feel a little less inclined to believe her when she says it is her number one anti ageing treatment. Everything else about her I love though.

I find myself asking the same question about the Botox as her skin is taut and child like. But I did try the massage and my skin looked lots better by the end. I would like to see her in real life as on film she could make her skin look more perfect depending on the lens and lighting.

In the past I have done a spot of facial massaging and I do agree it does pump up the complexion. In particular the pressure point massage around the eyes is extremely effective. My skin is just too sensitive at the moment and the less I do to it the better. I also think that as the massage is so relaxing it eases and relaxes the face to it looks younger and less lined. Similar to yoga classes, whenever I did yoga my husband would always comment that I looked younger and more refreshed. Mental note - start yoga again

I did feel relaxed after doing it.. She is incredibly relaxing to watch. You are right your face relaxing though and looking younger, when I leave work stressed I look so old and lined. This was pleasant and made my skin look plump and much younger.

I did it this morning. I massage my face on and off and find that my forehead feels much smoother when I do and my brows are higher. I liked it a lot and it gave me new ideas of what to do, especially the lymph drainage and pinching bits around the jawline.

I think Lisa has had some work done but I wouldn't say her face doesn't move and I do think that massge regularly could help with anti aging.

I thought it was beyond tedious and turned it off halfway though.

No wonder she has breakouts if she spends half the frigging day poking and prodding her face.

And as for no botox? Puh lease.
