Not quite matching skirt & jacket. Ok or not?

I've bought a wine coloured textured pencil skirt and a flowery top to go with it. I need something to go on top.

The choices are:
Black cardi which looks very frumpy on me,
Black suit jacket,
Wine blazer

I quite like the wine blazer but its not quite the same colour as the skirt and is a solid colour rather than textured.

Does this matter? Or should I stick to black?

I think solid rather than texture would be ok if same or completely different colour. So, I'd stick with black, I think - jacket, that is

Black jacket definitely - not two - or three - versions of wine.
