Can you help me find a capsule wardrobe for Autumn/Winter?

Due to going up a dress size, I am now bulging out of all my clothes . Can you help me find some new ones?

I'm 40 something, work in a very casual, quite creative environment (but not a 'follow the latest fashion' type place). I'd like to be able to walk/cycle to work, I have trouble finding trousers that fit and I don't like wearing black.

What would you suggest?

Can anyone help? Just one outfit? What is everyone else wearing to work?

Have you tried pinterest? Tons and tons of capsule wardrobe inspiration. Lots of '5 garments, 4,571 outfits' type pins.

Thanks Hopefully. Just had a quick look, it's all very long-legged, skinny women in tight jeans and heels, not really what I was after. Maybe I'm putting the wrong tags in (outfit, autumn, winter, uk)
