could i use footner

on my hands?? really dry skin around my nails (hangnails?). wondering if a soak in footner would see it off?

it bloody worked!! my hands are alive, well and typing! it initially made them really dry and I panicked but the dry skin has all gone (with the help of some light exfoliation) and my hand are amazing. they look years younger too.
