Horrendous dark circles! Please recommend something!

Hi all! I have awful bags under my eyes caused by lack of sleep due to newborn babay. (14wks)

It has taken its toll and I realy need to do something about it

What I need is for all you ladies with the perfect complexions to recommend to me what you use in the hope it will work for me!!

What have you tried? What works? What to avoid? What are you currently using?

I have recently discovered Liz Earl's eye cream. It's good for moisturising the eye area but also has reflective particals in it that brighten up the whole area (or at least I think that's what it does), it's good anyway.
