Could you recommend me a radial brush please?

I need to replace the brush I dry and straighten my hair with. I'd like a brush that grips hair well and leaves it smooth and glossy.

I love my GHD radial brush.. I bought the biggest size and it is perfect for turning my wild mane into a sleek bob. It grips really well and is a good weight.

I'm jumping on your thread (sorry hope you don't mind!) I'm also looking a new brush, but a paddle brush.

Don't have the funds for a Mason & Pearson one but would be willing to spend upto about £25. I have bra strap length hair that I dry straight with paddle brush.

Help!!

Ps, (I don't use a radial / barrel brush) I've heard that ceramic brush are great for this??

TK Maxx always have loads of posh brushes in, worth a look.

I use a radial vented brush though - I have stopped blasting my hair with heat / using GhDs, and my hair is so much stronger now and needs less vigorous styling as a result. Vented brushes allow the hot air to circulate more so doesn't burn your hair. But of course it's intense heat that smooths and styles hair in the short term, so yes ceramic brushes are good for this, but I'd avoid daily use as it's as bad as using GhDs daily.
