need a dress for an October wedding as a guest

Help I'm 32 and have no idea what to even look for. I'm size 12 but pushing a 14 with a tummy to hide (effect of having twins). Budget is low so 50 pounds is probably the max. Any ideas?

I bought this Kaliko dress to wear for a wedding at the end of this month. It says the dress is grey but it's not. It's a neutral/pearl pink colour.

I'm a size 10 - 12 and bought a size 12 and I'm 5'4" and it falls just a tiny bit below my knees.
