Hello all, does anyone know where can I get something like this? Tube skirts I've tried on in the past have always been too tight on the bum, too long or fabric to thin and therefore likely to go baggy. I'm large of arse and short of leg (5'4", size 12) Perhaps a midi length tube is not what I'm after? I dunno, the picture is the closest to what length hand style I've been looking for. Can anyone help?

It almost looks like a maxi skirt which has risen up a bit. I am guessing she is pretty tall too?
