Was pootling round the trafford centre this afternoon and noticed the no 7 counter were doing a lipstick-matching promotion thingie. They use a little machine to see what colour your skin is, then they give you a swatch with 'your' pinks, 'your' reds 'your browns' etc etc.
Thought it would be shit (normally a high end make-up girl) but actually it was ace, and I've come away with a lipstick that makes me look fabulous - really doesn't happen very often as I'm dead pale and grey [hot, I know]
Just thought I'd share in case anyone has the time/inclination/tenner needed to go and have a look.
