Has anyone found any nice, feminine, flattering flat brogues?

I'm after some in a darkish, neutral colour, for wearing with skinnies and maybe with tights and dresses, but am a bit nervous that they'll look overly masculine/clumpy. Does anyone have any that they're successfully wearing?!

I thought the cut out design was quite pretty. I'll be wearing them with opaque tights and short skirts/dresses.
