How do I prepare? Do i need to shave, exfoliate, moisturise just before? Or 24hrs before? I'm such a rookie!

24 hours before. No product on your skin that day lotions, body sprays ect.

I had made that mistake once and ended up green.

Some places give you paper pants to wear, other don't. So wear tiny pants.

Take flip flops.

Wear an old pair of black knickers.

Wear loose dark clothing that you are not too bothered about. I tend to wear a black maxi skirt and a loose top.

Prepare yourself for adopting ridiculous superhero style poses while you are being sprayed - I always end up laughing!

The spray is colder than you might think and the smell can be quite strong.
