Can those large of nork wear long necklaces?

I am not sure on this, so seek the S&B wisdom! I am 5ft 3 with 32k norks, and nearly always wear low, wide scoop necks which look more flattering on me. In the winter I then have to wear scarfs to cover up expanse of skin as I am a chilly mortal.

I have just ordered this dress in Sapphire from Boden, which I really like. It is very flattering on my lower half, makes my stomach look flat. I love the petrol blue colour (not as bright as the photo) and feel of the fabric. The one thing I am not keen on is the high neck, which gives me a well upholstered look! I wonder if a long necklace will give me a sort of deep V in the front and break up the large expanse of fabric. And if so, what sort and where do I find a necklace to go with it?

I am 45 and an hourglass shape, only wear skirts and dresses (just saying, as I know if you are younger and wear lovely skinny jeans, it will probably scream frumpy).

I'm a 12 with 32g norks and I get what you're saying. Personally I steer away from anything high or slash necked as I look like a weeble in stuff like that. I always wear v-necks (either a cardi or v-neck top), and as long as I am properly upholstered in the nork department I don't find wearing long necklaces a problem. However, if I wear a braless top a long necklace sort of sits on top iykwim. I try to go in for a heavy pendant type of necklace where the weight ensures that the necklace sits in between my boobs. I'm 54, btw.

I used to have a knotted chain lariat type necklace that did exactly that, introduce a V or Y shape rather than a U which dangled suspended over each boob. Not easy to find but worth it.
