If you're 5'3" pear shaped what do you wear to work & where do you buy from?

I have lost my way with clothes since having dc2. Back at work now and none of my old things fit right. I find trousers more uncomfortable now and am always hunting around for a clean top to go with them!

I'm thinking dresses with boots might be the way to go for winter workwear. Not sure where to go though as money is limited although would like to buy a few decent things that will last.

I'm 38, 5'3" size 12 pear shape and work in an office.
Grateful for any tips or advice.

Was in a similar situation and am similar size last year. To wear with boots I got a few next dresses ( they had done simple wrap dresses) and h&m dresses.
Some black jegging trouser type things from dotty p's which I can wear long black tops with and heels and am comfortable in!

Similar here, I am buying from Massimo Dutti, Jigsaw and Boden.Trying to buuy less but better quality. I'd love to have more sources though.
