How do you use it? The instructions on the leaflet and those on the bottle differ. On the bottle it says to rub into damp skin and then wash off with cool water. this seems a faff doesn't it

Do you wash it off? Seems a waste...
So would you have a shower, put it on all over and then shower it off again?
