Oh help! I need a dress for a 40th b day party! :(

I will be 42 by the time of the party (nov)
It's a family party so I want to look nice.
It's a big do...about 150 people going.
Please help me!
I have an hourglass figure, 12/14, big boobs (32ff)
I love knee length dresses.
Ideally a sleeve of some sort.
I wear a lot of black and white and suit darker colours (if it helps I am a dark winter)
I don't do pink.
I have dark cropped hair and pale skin.
Oh, and it needs to not cost £££ either.

(and I will be wearing black kitten heel sling backs)

They are the only heel I can wear without falling over :)
