Or is it just too much black?
I have bought a short black party dress - 60s style shape mini dress with black lace panels and sleeves and wondering what tights to wear.
I'm not happy bare legged and can't imagine any other colour than black tights - but is that just too much black?
perhaps I'm over thinking.....
