Oh! So COS and H&M are the same company??!!

I was just about to order from COS when I realised its's the same company as H&M. I find ordering from H&M really painful, not to mention returns and exchanges. Has anyone ordered from COS before?

YES i have ordered from COS, and although the dress was actually very nice, it was a MISSION and took way too long to arrive.

BTW, I believe And Other Stories is also H&M. I don't get this multiple names under the same company thing. What's it all about? Why can't it just be H&M?

Bummer.... I honestly do't think I'll bother then. H&M are an absolute nightmare online.

But I do rate all of them if you go into their actual shops....

I think I must be the only person who has never had an issue with H&M online, I get most of the family stuff from there and never had an issue. What sort of problems have you all had?

I'd like it if they combined orders across the brands. Arcadia used to do that, years ago.

Things take like a month to arrive for example. Most shops are within a week.

With H&M? Stuff taking a minimum of 2 weeks to arrive, quite often 4 weeks; then, after all the wait, something being missing but being charged for it. Returning something for an exchange of size and not hearing from them for a month... Absolutely hopeless.

My COS dress took way too long to arrive and I had to go and buy another dress from somewhere else, otherwise I would have had to go to my friend's party NAKED
