looking for converse-style pumps, but not converse!

I have in my mind some pumps, I have seen them somewhere, thought it was Joules, but have checked there and it isn't. They had coloured laces.
I have checked boden, fat face, white stuff, am stumped as to where I have seen them?

Could they have been vans? I saw some vans a while back with ribbons instead of laces
