New job! I need help with new clothes please.

Yeah I have a new job! I need new clothes.

Job is in a caring profession, working with adults and companies so no hard suits required. I need to be smart, professional and not look like I've been at home for years with the kids. I will be getting a good haircut!

Mid 30's. I'm size 18-20 on top 20-22 on bottom. I'm tall 5ft 8. Pear shape, I have a good waist and good boobs, big bum and sadly I'm chunky of thigh. V necks are better. I'm pale complexion, don't suit citrus colours better with warm/brights. Best colours are burnt orange/red, royal blue, black or emerald green.

All things need to be machine washable and easy to wear as i'll be doing school runs, cooking tea etc.

I'm interested in dresses and tunics overall and will wear with boots, probably flat because of walk to work. Probably size 18-20. Can be dressed up or down depending on what i'm doing that day.

I know it's not a V Neck but I really like this one asos dress
I love how they have styled it too, you could wear with jacket and black opaques and ankle boots later on, chelsea boots even

First dress isn't fitted enough. Feel I may look a bit like a tent

Cardigan is lovely and looks great with skinnys! Second dress is better.

Any more ladies? Seen a couple of nice things on Joe Browns site but quality never that great.

I too am starting a new job on Monday and am in total despair at the state of my wardrobe. I love that Betty Jackson dress tethersend and several of the other suggestions.
