Something other than converse for autumn/winter?

When not in ankle boots or rain boots I'd like something else casual to wear. Any ideas? I already have Converse. What's modern/current/in fashion??

I've been wearing skate shoes. Super comfy.

Other trainers; try more retro styles like Adidas Samba.
Or a pair of brogues. Women's brogues are a lot less clunky then mens. I've picked up very comfortable ones in primark.

Hi. I bought a suede pair of brogues in m & s in the girls section on sale. Only £18 and I love them. Never had any before.

I have a pair of Nike boots in hot pink. In fashion terms, I think they are waning, but they'll have to do me this winter too....
