Colours to wear with a turquoise coat?

I am thinking of buying a lovely wool mid-length turquoise coat and was just wondering what colours / accessories would compliment it? I am a SAHM so don't dress up in office gear.

Can anyone throw a few pearls of wisdom my way please?

Watching with interest as I bought a turquoise duffle coat 2 years ago and have hardly worn it as it doesn't seem to work with most if my clothes. It's ok with grey skinny jeans, but anything else I find myself going for the cream or black wool coats I own...

how about a burnt orange shirt / jumper and black jeans?

I have one. It looks good with dark brown. Purples, pinks and deep blues work too but can be a big bright.

Is it the Boden coatigan? I've got my eye on that - I'd wear with leopard print heels, navy skinnies, maybe brighter colour block long sleeved top.

Navy would work, ad would most shades of grey, white long sleeved t, dark jeans, tan boots and belt.

Agree on burnt orange as an accent or maybe a bright fuchsia pink.

No it isn't from Boden Withmyfeetinthesink. It is a Dickins & Jones number. I lusted over a turquoise coat from Boden a few years ago but it was completely out of my price range!

Hot pink, charcoal, black, depending on shade of turquoise, teal...
