What shoes/boots look like flats but actually give you some height?

Have they been invented?
I do like this new fashion for flats but being short, outfits just don't look that great. I'd like to add to y height but still look casual...

there are loads of boots out with hidden wedges if that's what you're after

I have a pair of Flys which are brogues but with the built up Fly wedge, if that's what you mean? Or platform trainers?

The only other sort I can think of is the high-top trainer sort with a hidden wedge.

They're really comfortable but have a bit of height from the wedge. Is that more what you're looking for?

Aldo have ballerinas with a heel.

My fly London wedges. The heel doesn't look fabulous, but with a long pair of trousers, you can't see it anyway. Feel almost like flats. I don't pay full price
