What can I buy to instantly update my wardrobe for Autumn/Winter?

On a Primark budget!

Could do with some boots, maybe a jacket/blazer (?) Cardigan (??)

I got a navy quilted fitted jacket from primark £10

Nice soft v neck jumpers £12 matalan I have them in navy / grey / beige

DD and I were there , she loves it, but I was carrying all the bags (natch) and trying to keep up with her .

They had some shirts, bit stretchy, turnback cuffs. (IIRC £12.99) . Pale blue, pale pink, black/white stripe, cream, navy with pinprick spots
I wasn't sure if the waist would fit me , DD promised I could buy it after my gallbladder surgery.

Jumpers...a table full of the softest, cable knit and chunky knit . Lovely colours (about £14-£19)
Though I did buy a couple of Primark jumpers, pale pink and raspberry.
I'm trying to step away from grey/navy/black and into jewel colours.

I had a quick look in H&M today but nothing jumped out at me... Although did have DH with me! Will have better look (in a bigger store!) on Monday...

Had wondered about tartan, not sure I could pull it off maybe a scarf...

Tartan scarf is nice, I unearthed a navy/bottle green one, gave it a wash , I need navy gloves I reckon.
Also got a puppytooth scarf and black gloves with a puppytooth cuff (didn't get a chance to wear them last year )
