Has anyone ever dared to wash one rather than dry clean it?

I have sloan trousers (same fabric I assume ) that I washed at 40 yesterday - they seem perfectly fine......

I will give it a go if so - likely to be the same stuff.

Yes to stretchy - viscose/cotton/elastane

I too have the Sloan trousers. I have washed once or twice at 30, but much better results dry cleaned and properly pressed.
