Help with a accesorising dress for Autumn wedding

I'm planning to wear this dress for my sister's wedding in October. It will be in Ireland so weather could be anything from hurricane like to a summer's day. I want to wear a hat/hatinator and possibly something over the dress in case weather is at its worst. I've tried on a cream bolero as suggested by the shop assistant in Hobbs but it does not work with it or maybe it's just me. I have dark hair and am quite pale. I was considering navy accessories i.e. hatinator, clutch and shoes but am wondering if it will be too mother of the bride and matchy matchy. I'm not very keen on boleros or pashminas as I thought they were a bit dated. As you can probably tell I'm fairly clueless. Any suggestions welcome. Happy to spend 2-300 on right accessories.

Something muted could work...

grey satin, or something beige/brown in lace or faux fur?

Pewter would work well I think. What sort of shoes do you want?

Brown could work v well in the right shade but I think grey would look fab and be very easy to shop for.

I'd wear it with this: www.zara.com/uk/en/woman/outerwear/sequinned-jacket-c269184p2129242.html

Or find a Chanel-style jacket in a darker wine colour, dark grey or brown.

Nude thin tights, not too much shimmer and nude shoes.

Dark nail polish, like a Chanel Rouge Noir.

Simple eye makeup and dark red lips (worn full on or as a stain).

I don't know about your hair, so I could be really far off, but I'd go for a really nice side braid or a side bun.

And even if you don't like a pashmina, I'd say to bring a dark grey one, just in case it gets really cold, especially if you have to be outside quite a lot.

Sorry no advice I'm useless with these things, but I wanted to say what a beautiful dress it's georgeous Smile

Thanks for your comments everyone. I will check out these suggestions. Buttercrumble, thanks for your comment. I've fallen in love with the dress after being a bit meh about it. Carpaccio, bought some chanel rouge polish a few weeks ago not with the wedding in mind but will definitely use it now.

Lovely dress. Definitely faux fur.

I like the Zara jacket Carpaccio suggested! Think it would look lovely with the dress.

I'd stay away from fascinators and pashmina btw. Not a fan of either. Think they are a bit dated looking.
