Black pump/ballet shoes in a size 9

Now I know that there has been threads about these shoes and if they are unpleasant or not! However, I need to buy some or wear Birkenstocks another foot crime, through the wind, rain and possibly snow - who knows - of a British Autumn.

I have seen 1 pair online but they were £80! Rip off. I normally buy from Next but they have not got any plain ones, only with sparkles.

Please help before my toes drop off (though it is supposed to be hot tomorrow).

Hi, try www.tallgirls.co.uk, they go from 9-11 and have a good range of shoes but can be a bit expensive i'm a size 10 and have a nightmare finding shoes!!!!

Hi - thanks for your posts, I'll have a look on tallgirls and check out Evans though they tend to be abit wide on my feet.

I think its really unfair how they bump up prices for big feet. Ballet pumps are about £15-£20 in the high street and £50 online . At least they can be bought online now. I remember trawling round the shops for days, squeezing my foot into a shoe that I could get my foot into and crippling myself for a few weeks until they 'wore in' back before the days of the internet.

gegs, i know what you mean! At least high street shops are now catering for a bigger size (or average as my dd would say!!)Good luck, if you find any other sites that do up to a 10 can you let me know?! TIA
