Is anyone a hair dresser? i need some advice....

My hair is naturally blonde but for the last year i have been dying it really dark brown almost (but not quite) black. I want to go back to blonde now as my hair is getting ruined from dying it so much.
firstly, can it be done? can most hair dressers do it? and how much does it cost roughly? Really need it done but cant afford to go to a hair dressers so was hoping mobile hair dressers would be a bit cheaper?

sorry not a hairdresser but about 10 years ago i got my hair stripped back to its natural colour by hairdresser and it cost me then £15, i was 14 and i used every hair dye and i didn't know what my normal colour was

I'm not a hairdresser either but I was in exactly the same position and the colourist wouldn't do anything drastic like colour stripping, it was a lengthy process of breaking it up with lots of fine warm highlights whilst it grew out.
