People that hate shopping and fashion but care about looking good

Anyone out there?

Shopping is my worst nightmare; I'm tight with money, hate the faff and have no interest in trends. But I would like to just have a decent wardrobe.
Anyone else have no interest in clothes but need help in looking like they sort of do??

Not sure what I'm asking for really. ....

I travel a lot for work & have neither the time nor inclination to spend my free time trkking round clithes shops. I do a lot online. Have even been known to look at clothes in the actual shop then go home & get the details online.

but do you have an idea of what you like? I hate shopping/choice when shopping that I can't be bothered. I stick to dresses or tops and jeans and I'd love to be all outfit and put together but I don't where to start and also can't be bothered. I then get torn between feeling lazy/proud that I'm not materialistic.

just wondered if anyone else has similar feelings that are inconsequential but also niggling? Smile

I get real pleasure out of seeing other people looking really nice and put together, but don't really apply that to myself. I do tend to sling on the first thing I see in the morning, but then I work at home.
I've noticed that trends don't move very fast so I've got a wardrobe full of acceptable clothes, but lately I've been investing in decent basics, boring but essential, to wear with more quirky pieces.
I would still say eighty per cent of my wardrobe isn't worn on a regular basis.
