I'm not especially tall (5'6") but wear tall ranges from many stores as I have a long torso. I bought a parka from a Oasis last year which sat comfortably on my waist & even gave a nice flattering slouch to the top half (holy grail of fitting issues for the long of body) by going up a size. They have a similar design in this year too here .
