Whats the delivery time like?

I ordered items last thursday but am yet to hear anything with regards to dispatch etc.

They are not the quickest.. Over a week at least and no option for expess delivery.

They keep sending me great offers, but STILL haven't sent me a catalogue, despite me asking three times for it! I wouldn't mind, but a coat I spotted on the website has now disappeared so I assume it's sold out... Don't suppose anyone is in France? (Yes - I'm THAT sad that I looked it up on the French site and they have it in stock, but don't deliver to the UK.)
