this sage green maternity dress

I'm in a panic about how I'll pass looking semi decent at work until I go on ML. I have this dress but it's definitely summer and it would look shocking with black tights wouldn't it?

I don't want to spend lots of money on new maternity dresses!

mmm...its tricky...but you could get away with a pair of nude tights and long brown boots with a lovely cosy fluffy cream cardigan!

Oh i thought it was the pink one! stick with cream/beige or even black/dark navy or brown. The green is way more versatile. I think you could get away with heavier tights in brown or black..maybe 60 denier or navy..match it will a cardigan to pull the look together.

No, i think they would look fine as long as they are still slightly see through so its not just a block colour iykwim. When i have a lightish skirt i lean towards a sheer black tight which still shows my legs but give some warmth and coverage.

Oh easy! Black polo-neck underneath, earthy colour cropped jacket or cardigan, or snuggly big blanket wrap. Black or plum colour tights with ankle boots.
