I know about sticking liquid eyeliners and mascaras in there. Lip gloss, little tins of Vaseline etc
What about pencil liners? Face powder, loose or pressed in compact?

you mean what needs to be under 100 ml and in a bag? Liquids and gels. Lip gloss yes, powder no.

I go the easy route.....everything I need for the trip over goes into a ziplock bag whether they need to be there or not. Clinique freebie stuff an absolute bonus, just the right size for Customs - and for me.

Rest of my Aids to Beauty follow in a low-loader....

The issue is only about liquids, each item has to be 100 mls or less, all of them have to fit into one quart sized sealable plastic bag.

It's Liquids, Aerosols and Gases (LAGS) - not just liquids.

So deodorant etc if in hand luggage needs to be in a container smaller than 100mls and in a plastic bag.

(obvs not if stick deo!)

ARRGGGHHHH gels, not gases Blush

Off to bed for me I think...

ha i don't think i'll be smuggling any gases in my hand luggage (apart from accompanying DP and his noxious ones)
