Could I wear with this skirt?

Flat?

to be honest, i think a shorter skirt would flatter your size more. it may look like its swamping you a bit. imo you have to be tall and skinny to get away with a long skirt like that. however..if you've already bought it i would go for flattish boots. maybe the slouchy sort. or heeled boots if you can wear heels.

I think it would look Ok if you wore heeled boots. Even just a 'comfy' block heel rather than a stiletto type
