Would love to look fresher

I'm looking for products recommendations or just general ideas on how to look more fresh and rested!
I'm 36, I'm 27 weeks pregnant and also have 2 DDs, my older DD is 5 and has profound disabilities and serious health issues which means we spend a fair bit of time in hospital with her.
My sleep is really suffering at the moment and I just look and feel really tired. I drink 2 litres of water a day, I don't smoke or drink (even when I'm not preg!) and generally take care of my self but I dn't wear any make up or have much in the way of a skin care routine and I think this would really help.
Any ideas would be great

Gallons of water improve my skin - but it is difficult to remember to drink so much.

In terms of skincare I'm not sure it matters that much as long as you remove every scrap of make up.

I have no affiliation to any brand (usually chip and change) but I'm currently using Roche Posay physiological cleansing gel along with their micellar water and effaclar duo which is supposed to make skin look clearer. My skin is not too bad at the moment so I'll stick with those for the moment.

I'm a kind of full face make up fan so use double wear which covers any imperfections but on the occasions that full face is ridiculous I used dermilogica skin perfect which is a tinted primer.
