Nice rucksack or similar for days out with the kids?

I don't really need to cart my huge changing bag around anymore but I do need something to replace it for trips out with 2 young dc.
Ideally I would like something I can carry comfortably on my back and with somewhere to hold 2 drinks bottles. Attractive looking would be nice too.
