What flowers to go with my wedding dress?

My wedding dress is nude and black, what colour flowers should I go for?
I'm a bit clueless!

I'd be tempted to go for something like this; maybe less structured depending on the style of your dress.

I'm torn between a real pop of colour, or maybe just ivy and grasses type thing.

Is the dress more nude or black? I imagined it more black like this but might've gone for something greener if the main colour was nude

Which colours do you like, out of yellows; apricot/peach; oranges; pale pink; stronger deeper pinks; purples?

You could go with one of those with the green ivy and other foliage. Best to ask the florist!

I like the purple flowers above, or a deep velvety red rose bouquet would work too. I think you need a neat sculptural shape, nothing trailing or droopy.

Peachy to pink like this? Quite structured would probably be better than a free form "cottage garden" style as the dress is quite sophisticated imo.

Yes, when is the wedding? A winter wedding would really suit red. I also like the ideas of lillies - although be careful of the pollen.

A white flower and a strong colour in smaller quantities combined I reckon would look nice. I adore that dress!

I agree with the darker/bolder colours myself. It does depend a lot on what is seasonally available and what your florist would do, so I'd canvass florists first if you have a date set!

Orchids in cream with maroon/purple mottling would work well.

I think if you use twine rather than ribbon to bind then you should use a very fine one, or it will be at odds with the lace and satin of the frock, which is very sophisticated and glamourous.

If you are thinking of light coloured flowers I'd use creams and pale greens rather than white.

Maybe a simple orchid spray with some bear grass?
