What casual flats with this dress, please?

I've just bought this from ASOS, like it very much but I want to wear it as daytime casual and can't think what shoes to get - ballet pumps, trainers, strappy sandals?
I have chunky calves, so nothing that will make them look worse. Any thoughts?
It drops to much further down my legs and I'll wear it with a belt.

I like it too. I'd wear it with simple strappy sandals, as it's quite busy

Nice dress. Agreed you need simple shoes with it. I'd suggest some tan leather ballets.

Ballet flats are very practical but I fear they are on their way out
