I'm going to piggy-back this thread, also got some cash to spend

I had that lovely dilemma earlier today! I'd had a Boots gift card with 50 quid on it since Christmas... and I used it wisely with a visit to the Clinique counter for some CC cream and a lipstick (and it's Bonus Time so I got an extra bag of goodies)!

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 05/08/2014 17:18

Right now - a quarter of a new biker jacket.

But if £50 was my total - a pair of shoes or maybe a new purse.

Madaboutthrows · 05/08/2014 18:14

Ooh sleep those are lovely. I couldn't walk in them but they are lovely

MissBeans · 05/08/2014 18:23

Dark indigo straight jeans from Sains 14
Medium grey cardi from Mr T 14
2 4 15 t shirts from Dotty P 15
2 x snoods ASDA 10
Converse style shoes from Mr T 8

That's 60 gbp, but would last for most of the Autumn with the rest of your wardrobe. Not exactly the height of fashion but would still look fairly stylish.

Le pliage bags are awesome

cartoontrickster · 06/08/2014 07:35

hmmm I'm torn between missbeans suggestion of getting as much as I can with the money or one really nice item.
maybe for once I should go quality over quantity.
so tell me what is so great about a those longchamp bags? they seem to be very popular.

I am intrigued about the Longchamp bags too. They look cheap and nylony to me, whereas they are in fact expensive and nylony!

Madaboutthrows · 06/08/2014 07:44

Dexter they are the bees knees chic and roomy.

JennyOnTheBlocks · 06/08/2014 08:13

Had a look at those bags, they don't appeal to me really. I'm more your back-pack kinda gal and have 3 already

dexter73 · 06/08/2014 08:17

Chic? Looks a bit like my nan's handbag!

LovelyWeatherForDucks · 06/08/2014 08:27

The long harem trousers from Hush.....or a uniqlo cashmere jumper.

BelindaAllWorkedOut · 06/08/2014 09:06

Yes to Uniqlo cashmere. Or buy 2 of their extra fine merino knits and a new lipstick.

Dudess · 06/08/2014 09:22

I, erm, fell in love with a piece of art yesterday....
