EL Zero Smudge Mascara gone thick & dry after 4 weeks

I bought a box set with mascara, eye cream & eyemakeup remover. I'm not very impressed as it's gone dry & thick. I've emailed their customer services & have the original receipt. Do you think I'll get a refund or replacement product?

Not sure we can predict really - depends on the company! If they don't refund or replace, you could try adding a bit of sterile water (cooled boiled water is good - pour in some of what's left from the bottom of the kettle). Shake it and then leave it overnight, and you might have an improvement the next day. I've done this in the past with success (with different mascaras) but I'm far from being a mascara rehydration expert :D

Thanks I'll see what they say & might give that a try. I recently had a bed reaction to Lancôme Teint Idole foundation. I had the original receipt & they sent me a replacement Definicils mascara. I might be lucky with EL especially as I have the receipt.

Update. They are sending me a replacement mascara. I've asked for the Sumptuous Infinite one.

I have found their customer service to be utterly horrendous so well done in actually getting them to do something . . .

I got an email today saying they are also going to refund me $47 as well as sending a replacement.
