I don't know what is the best but I use a max factor one, can't recal the name, but it has a white cream you apply first then the tinted foundation and I find it gives a lovely smooth finish without you looking like you've piled it on with a trowel. Why not pop to John Lewis or Debenhams and have a free makeover to get some advice?

Chantecaille - it's called something real skin - like a cream in a powder compact. Absolutely amazing stuff - evens out blemishes but still lets your natural complexion come through so you don't look caked.

Space NK have it as do some of the really big department stores so it shouldn't be too hard to get hold of.

have a lovely, lovely day. I got married in July (wearing the Chantecaille, naturally) and my only regret is that I can't do it all over again!
