Astros for 12 yo with wide feet and high instep

Went shopping to buy DS (size 6 feet) a new pair of Astros. He wanted Nike ones but they are too narrow for him. Can anyone suggest good fitting Astros for wide feet/high instep that are cool enough for him to wear? I showed him a pair on the Clarks website with wide fitting which didn't go down well!

DS2 is 9 with a size 6.5 foot. He has massively wide feet...he can't even get Clarks anywhere near his feet. They are way beyond an H fitting with a really high instep.

He play football a lot and has several pairs of boots and astro's and the only ones he can actually wear are Nike ones.

Did he just try one pair on? Some come up wider than others so with him its usually a case of trying several (about 10!) different pairs to see which ones fit the best as some are definitely narrower than others.
