Its raining cats and dogs! Please help me find a cagoule thats looks half decent

Hi lovely girls!!

Its is raining so so so hard outside my window and I'm about to do the school run in it along with my huge buggy.

I'm looking for a pull on or zip up lightweight cagoule type thing, maybe red, that I can shove over a sweatshirt or fleece on days that are wet but not cold.

Do they make such a thing?
