Help! Long sleeved light cotton tops for sun protection

I have a history of skin cancer - occurrences currently located on my lower arms. I don't sunbathe.. it seems to be in my family...but the location bears witness to the fact that my clothes have usually stopped at the elbow.

I am finding it really tough to find nice, long sleeved, loose, light cotton tops. Preferably in light colours - white suits me fine. I need ones that preferably go all the way down to the wrist. I'm after more of a muslin/cotton not stretch jersey as that's too hot, especially as I'm off to America for a fortnight. I'm size 10 to 12ish. I've tried 'sunsleeves' (the sort you wear for golf) but they're not very fetching. I slather on the suncream but it is a lot easier just to shove a top on when I'm chasing two under 5s. Can anyone help? Thank you so much in advance

Type in 'voile blouse' and you can see done come up on google, espirit, Zara etc.

Maybe even try lawn cotton.

This any good? Is silk rather than cotton but long-sleeved and a v good price.
