Keratosis pilaris - hair removal cream

So if KP is an overabundance of extra sticky keratin clogging up pores, and hair removalo cream dissolves hair which is primarily made up of keratin, surely this could be a possible solution?

I usually shave, but bought some in-shower veet and used it today. My legs do feel smoother, but im going to keep doing this instead of shaving. It makes sense that this could help no?

Let us know how it goes. I have so little body hair that it would seem very strange to use hair removal cream, but I'll try anything if it works to get rid of the KP.

I had a little experiment the other day as ended up having a bit of Veet in shower hair remover cream, and also the Avon one and I used one on each leg. The Avon leg was a lot smoother and still is (and I have KP too.) I usually shave my legs and use the cream for underarms.

Whether this hot summer means I am exfolating and moisturising my arms and legs a lot more than usual, and therefore my skin is better than normal I'm not sure but I've also tried using lactose free milk and not eating cheese for the lat month. I read that there is some link to lactose intorerance. I'm certainly going to carry on with it as it's easy enough to do. My poor DS also has KP much worse than me. He claims the change in milk hasnt made a difference to him but I think it has. I dont suppose he will go for the hair remover option
